Bzenex BMP, s.r.o. is a joint venture between the municipality of Bzenica and Marius Pedersen a.s. It was established by the founding contract in May 2007 with the aim of developing activities in the field of waste management in the regions of Žiar nad Hronom, Žarnovica and Banská Štiavnica. From January 2009, it started to operate the Bzenica – Uhlisko landfill.
