Biodegradable municipal waste

Marius Pedersen, a.s. provides separate collection of biodegradable municipal waste from gardens and parks, the so-called “green waste“ (hereinafter referred to as “BDW“) pursuant to Act No. 79/2015 Coll.

A brown container is designed for storing of BDW. What belongs to the container and what cannot be found in the clear graphics on the sticker placed on the container.

Biodegradable municipal waste from gardens and parks does not in any way include biodegradable kitchen and restaurant waste. Citizens can take larger biodegradable waste to the waste collection center.

Composting is an effective way to utilize biodegradable waste.

The collection of BDW from private gardens is organized twice a year in some cities in cooperation with Marius Pedersen as part of spring and autumn cleaning.
